About this summit

Our inaugural CTN summit was created out of a desire to bring everyone into the conversation when discussing how we can make positive change towards a more diverse sport leadership team. Our event focused on:

  • The biases we see in the sport industry, with a reference to women in leadership;

  • The internal and external barriers women face when aiming for leadership positions in sport and;

  • The importance of male allies and inclusive conversations when working to a more diverse leadership team.
